Membership Form

By becoming a member of Wilburton Elementary PTA (Parent Teacher  Association) you join an all-volunteer group that helps to promote an environment for all children at Wilburton Elementary that supports their education and encourages a sense of community, personal growth, safety, positive values and open communication. You can join any time. Membership is $15 per individual. As a PTA member you will benefit special discounts.

Wilburton Elementary PTA is applying for 501(c)3 status. Donations made now may not eligible to deduct.

We accept the following methods of payment: 

  • cash
  • check (payable to Wilburton Elementary PTA)
  • credit card (online through PT Avenue)

There are three ways to join:

1) Online though PT Avenue portal and pay your membership fees with a credit card: https://www.pt-avenue.com/join/

Only individual membership levels are accepted online, if you’d like to join as a family you could add additional family members (as individual membership levels, due is $15 for each member), so you can pay for all in a single transaction. Please note that the final price through pt-avenue.com differs because it includes $1 convenience fee. 

2) Download a paper form HERE and pay in cash or check (individual membership due is $15, family membership due is $25). Mailed checks must be sent to:

Hand-delivered checks must be dropped in the locked box outside of the PTA Office.
